§1 Contracting Parties

The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop between

For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, customers are exclusively consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.

The relationship between the contracting parties is governed by the law applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany. In the case of consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as the protection granted is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.

§2 Conclusion of the Contract in Electronic Commerce

The products and services listed in the online shop do not constitute offers binding upon he hype event GmbH. Rather, they represent an invitation to the customer to submit a binding offer by placing an order.

Once we have received your order, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming receipt of your order and detailing its contents. We will then check the availability of the items you have ordered. If one or more items are unavailable, we will not accept your offer regarding those items, and you will be notified accordingly via email. The contract with the customer is only concluded upon the express acceptance of the order by he hype event GmbH. he hype event GmbH assumes no procurement risk and reserves the right to withdraw from the obligation to fulfill the contract in the event of incorrect or improper supply by its own suppliers. he hype event GmbH’s liability for willful misconduct or negligence, in accordance with the liability provisions set out in Section II, Clause 9 of these General Terms and Conditions, remains unaffected by this. In the event that the service is unavailable or only partially available, he hype event GmbH will inform the customer without delay; in the event of withdrawal, any payment made will be refunded to the customer immediately.

Unfortunately, for technical reasons, we are unable to accept orders placed via telephone, fax, letter, or email. We only accept orders placed through our online shop.
